Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Astrology Insights. If you are between 13 and 17, you may only use the site with verifiable parental or guardian consent. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts. By signing in, you confirm you meet these requirements.

Astrology Is for Entertainment & Self-Reflection

The cosmos can be a beautiful mirror for self-exploration. But for serious decisions about your health, finances, or relationships, please consult a qualified professional.

AI-Generated Content

The astrological interpretations, readings, and responses on this site are generated by artificial intelligence. While we've designed the AI to be thoughtful and grounded in astrological tradition, AI-generated content can contain inaccuracies, misinterpretations, or responses that don't apply to your specific situation.

• AI responses are not authored by a human astrologer
• The same chart may yield different readings over time
• AI "memories" about you are learned patterns, not professional assessments

We're continuously improving the AI, but it's not perfect. Use it as a starting point for reflection, not a definitive authority.

Your Account

You sign in via Google OAuth — we don't store passwords. By connecting your Google account, you authorize us to access your name, email, and profile picture as described in our Privacy Policy.

You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us at info@myastrologyinsights.com.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Astrology Insights to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or clone the site
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the service
• Harass, impersonate, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to access another user's data or account
• Upload malicious code or interfere with site functionality

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Friend Connections and Discovery

Friend search is on by default and supports partial display-name or handle matching. You can opt out at any time; once opted out, your account is absent from search results. Friend search never uses or displays your sign-in email address. AstroAI does not currently publish an account avatar in friend-search results.

Private friend invites expire after 7 days and can create one connection request. Anyone you share a link with may forward it, so reset or revoke it if it reaches someone you did not intend. Opening a link does not connect accounts; a request is still sent through the normal accept flow.

Do not use handles, invites, or requests for scraping, impersonation, spam, harassment, or unwanted contact. We may throttle searches and requests, enforce decline cooldowns and stable account blocks, review category-only safety reports, and restrict accounts to protect users.

Intellectual Property

The site design, chart visualizations, and AI-generated readings are the property of Astrology Insights. You're welcome to save or share your own chart for personal use, but you may not reproduce or resell content from this site without permission.

When you use a chart's public share link, anyone with that URL can view the information listed in the share disclosure. You can turn sharing off from the chart page; turning it back on reactivates the same public URL. People who already saw or copied shared content may still have their own copy.

Your birth data belongs to you. The AI readings generated from that data are generated for your personal use. We do not claim ownership over the insights the AI creates for you.

Payments & Subscriptions

Some features normally require a paid subscription. We may also provide temporary, feature-specific access through a beta or other promotional program. Promotional access does not create or modify a paid subscription and may be capped, expire, or be revoked.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide.

Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation details are presented at checkout. We don't offer refunds for partial subscription periods, but if you have a billing concern, reach out and we'll do our best to help.

Limitation of Liability

Astrology Insights is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

We are not responsible for decisions you make based on astrological readings, AI interpretations, or any content on this site. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the My Data page. Your account data will be removed from our active database as described in our Privacy Policy, subject to the limited retention exceptions explained there.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are inactive for an extended period. We'll try to give notice when possible, except in cases of serious violations.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post changes here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
